Victoria Crossing BRZ Streetscape Design Guidelines

The Victoria Crossing BRZ, in conjunction with Carson McCulloch Associates, has developed streetscape design guidelines for future developments that provide a framework of design elements applicable to the different design districts within the Victoria community. The guidelines provide a basic tenant to what makes an attrractive street and pedestrian environment, as well as a specific palette of elements and street furnishings that may be chosen to contribute to a cohesive neighbourhood aesthetic.
