	The Victoria Crossing BRZ made amendments to the By-Laws at the Annual General Meeting on November 2, 2006 regarding the inclusion of motions and voting by email (Sections 5 & 6). Please feel free to peruse the existing By-Laws (as of November, 2006). By-Laws - 2006
